Join Amber Community to support road safety
Walk with Amber Community at Albert Park Lake on Sunday 5 May 2024, the welcome desk opens at 10am, with the walk starting at 11am.
In addition to our walk, for the entire month of May, you can challenge yourself, friends, family and workmates to fundraise your way.
No matter the weather, hot, cold, wet or windy. You can host your own fundraiser, run, ride, walk, swim any distance, or choose anything you like to do, such as a morning tea in May. Every dollar counts.
Your commitment to the Shine a Light on Road Safety campaign will SHINE through and give you the overall feeling of awesomeness while raising VITAL funds to support Amber Community.

Be part of an understanding community - coming together to support each other, honour loved ones lost and injured, and advocate for road safety.
The Shine a Light on Road Safety walk is at 11am on Sunday 5 May 2024.
It's a family day with food trucks and entertainment from 10am.
The walk is 5km around Albert Park Lake - there is a 2km option, or you are welcome to sit back and enjoy a coffee and chat in the marquee seating.
Wear your brightest clothes or your loved ones' favourite colours and your yellow cap to help raise awareness of road safety. Find out more about the walk here.
The difference you will make
Shine a Light on Road Safety is about igniting hope, connecting with others and creating positive change.
This year our fundraising goal is to raise $100,000 to grow our amazing road safety programs.

Illuminations
Australian landmarks and icons will be illuminated in yellow as part of National Road Safety Week to Shine a Light on Road Safety.
